“Unfortunately one part of the order was lost by the courier and the other part arrived in a damaged box with a part missing. They did try to get a part sent out, but that was the wrong one and with delays in the end I cancelled. 6/10 for effort.”

“I was pleased with the competitive prices and prompt service. However the rose of the watering can has several very large scratches. I contacted you to see if the rose could be replaced. I sent photos. I have not heard if I am going to get a replacement as I requested. This is about one week ago. Not very impressed with this.”

“Really pleased with my purchase from Power Tools Direct. I had no problem finding what I wanted (in this case it was a motorcycle lifting bench), the price was good and delivery was much quicker than stated. The bench package weighed in at a hefty 125Kg but the delivery guy still managed to get it into the entrance to the garage which was really helpful and made assembly much easier. I had no problems as usual so no need to contact Power Tools Direct. Very pleased and will continue to use them for tool purchases.”

“The arris rail brackets that I purchased look like they are made of thick section steel, galvanised for longevity. The price of a pair are very competitive against other suppliers and in most cases far cheaper. They were delivered in good time as well so an excellent buy.”
