“I ordered some tools from this site and paid a extra fee of £7 for early delivery within 2 working days. I was still waiting for over a week for the tools! When i called in to enquire about this the guy spoke very rudely to me and told me to it had nothing to do with them and to get lost basically. Wont be using them again!!”

“Delivery was nice and quick. I ordered a welder, unfortunately it arrived very battered. Welder was damaged and didn't work. They didn't want to send a replacement and at the moment I am still waiting for a response for a resolution a week later.”

“I purchased a sealey fertiliser spreader which is fine but I wanted to convert it to a ball hitch tow so ordered the recommended TB36 ball hitch which is useless. It does not fit the spreader as stated and is a complete waste of money. Perhaps one of your team can send me comprehensive instructions on how this ball hitch is fitted and prove me wrong”
