“Despite paying at check out for 'express delivery' quoted at being 2 to 3 days I waited 2 weeks! Emailed company to be told the goods were working there way through the warehouse. Their warehouse must be the size of South America! The goods once they arrived were spot on and the prices seem good.”

“Items were in stock, paid my money and sit back and wait for notification of delivery in 5-7 days. Day 9 email company to find they have not been dispatched and look on the website again to see they dont have the stock. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else”

“Customer service was shocking . delivery of my item was estimated at 2/3 days and I paid for express delivery.Took 6 days to come and when I asked for at least the delivery fee to be refunded was told sorry we don't refund for delivery delay issues . Not good ,what's £5.95 to a company like this ,would have been the least they could have done to apologise for me losing a day's work waiting for the item I ordered . Won't ever use them again”
