“I ordered a product for a job and only 10 DAYS after the ordeer as semd and paid for did they finally get intouch and say there was a problem with the stock so had to cancel my order, SO I WAS WITH OUT PRODUCT AND BACK TO THE STAR ON HAVING TO FIND A NEW SUPPLIER, Would not recommend as can noy talk to anyone and there staff all working from home, Bad SERVICE!!!!!!”

“Very poor service. They take your money and never contact you if there is a delay. I paid for a 2 day delivery and on day 5 no contact. Dreadful. Can't even phone them better to go to toolstation or screwfix”

“I was very disappointed with the service I received, after placing my order and paying extra for 2-3 day delivery after 5 days my delivery still hadn't arrived, there was no way to contact anyone other than to email it was then another two days before I got a reply stating that my order was on its way again another 2-3 days there was no mention of a refund for the failed first delivery. I then received an email from DPD saying they would deliver and that I would receive an email of when to expect once it had left the warehouse usually around mid-morning. when arriving at work the following morning at 7.30 am an email from DPD saying they had tried to deliver but were unable to and attached a photo of an address down the road. we finally received our delivery8 days after we placed the order.”
