“Product was excellent, and as advertised, courier was a little frustrating, said they had delivered and they hadn't even been, I was in all day! Eventually delivered couple of days later but shouldn't say they have been when they haven't.”

“Never been so disappointed! All the box was broke and some Tools Missing! Badly packaged ! And it was a gift for my dads birthday! I tried to make contact and no1 replied really bad customer service and I spent a lot of money for basically a broken tool kit!”

“Avoid this useless company and shop elsewhere. I placed an order on a 2 to 3 day service and they never despatched my order and when I complained, I was told that 1 of the items ordered was out of stock but it was in stock when I placed my order. It then took several emails and a threat of court action did they finally refund me after a week. I can't recommend this company to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money because they don't like to refund your postage even if they haven't sent your order.”
