“1st Item arrived damaged. however after contacting customer service item was replaced with a new one, excellant service, Manufacturers need to do something with the packaging, as the polystyrene they use is not up to the job.”

“Took a week to be notified of out of stock items. A week on from that and my order is still not dispatched. Customer services are next to useless and cannot or will not give updates on dispatch or other issues. I would avoid powerfoolsdirect at all costs. They don't deserve even the one star I've given.”

“First time customer, originally had small problem with delivery. Living on Isle of Wight delivery depends on weather, just had wind speeds 124.5 mph. Very pleased with quality, cost and customer sales. Will hopefully use again.”
