“Generally pleased with the service with the order being delivered on the expected date. However, my order was placed without an account and there was no communication from PTD to follow the order progress. Probably not a problem with an account. When I enquired about delivery the response was prompt and useful. I would use PTD again now I have set up an account.”

“Really disappointed. Bought Stanley saw horses. Delivery was a week. Delivered damaged. Contacted customer services. They wanted to give me a partial refund but I wanted goods undamaged. They wouldn’t replace or refund until received back, despite sending photos. Gave up. Asked for a refund and a collection. Bought same product elsewhere. Won’t shop here again. Shame, because I spend thousands each year on equipment. I’m a professional carpenter of over 30yrs experience. If I order a product, it’s for a specific task and is time critical. Sorry PT Direct. You need to change your exchange policies.”
