“Avoid like the plague, ordered an item which apparently was a stock item, payed for express delivery and when the item did not arrive I had to contact PTD to be advised that the item is on back order. Although I have pointed out to them that this item is not infact stocked, they continue to take your money for items they have no control over. Only gave 1 star rating as 0 stars is not an option.”

“AVOID this company if you want your goods. they have stuff on there website that says its in stock but it isn't. They don't even tell you even after you have ordered it. It's not until you start questioning them on why your order hasn't turned up and even then they don't tell you,they say they will contact warehouse and get intouch. But because there communication is so bad even that takes a day or two. Very poorly ran so take my advice AVOID. Ended up I had to get a refund and even that took days so I couldn't order another from somewhere else as it was a £1200 item and I needed the money back in my account. Trust me just AVOID them.”
