“Placed an order and paid for a digital torque wrench. Next day get emails stating item was out of stock. Why let me order it then. They have refunded me but now I have to wait a few days for my money to appear back into account. Will purchase elsewhere in future. Would have put no stars if it were possible!!!!”

“Ordered a DeWalt DS300 toolbox,(empty). It arrived damaged! I've used these toolboxes for years,and to damage one,takes some doing. It had not been damaged in transit,as packaging was intact,but in power tools warehouse,as the broken off piece was placed inside. Not great!”
