“Rotary sieve arrived in good time - although one edge of packaging was split the goods were not damaged. Easy enough to put together (I'm 75 with arthritic hands) and it works a treat.”

“Ordered an item and after 8 days requested a refund has it was not shipped , however in error I ordered from power tools and I had no issues the item was shipped within a day and delivered In two so great service I think the first order was not shipped has they could have been waiting for stock but didn’t communicate this , going on the second order I would definitely order from Power tools again”

“I found the despatch & delivery time a bit slow compared to other companies I have used. The item arrived slightly damaged and dealing with customer service was quick and painless despite the fact the telephone number is only a recorded message and all contact is through email. A partial refund was issued for the damage to the item, the amount was very fair and processed very quickly. All in all a satisfied customer. Thank you PowerTools Direct Team.”
