“PTD have sent me an email asking for a review when I haven’t even received the order. It was damaged in transit and apparently a replacement has been dispatched. May I suggest that the left hand finds out what the right hand is doing before it acts. Hence a review of 2 Stars but it could get worse.”

“Great value and selection of items with a speedy delivery service. It’s good to buy direct from a UK company rather than buying via one of the bigger online platforms that take their cut.”

“Goods advertised as in stock for next day delivery.... This then turned into "in stock at our supplier" and then "sorry, they have no stock". Misleading. Poor service. I wouldn't have ordered given the true facts in the first place. Refund was processed quickly though.”
