“Would never use again absolutely shocking company, I order an item which they incorrectly sent, then refused to credit or collect it once I logged a claim via PayPal suddenly they were able to collect it, once collected still waited a week for my money, yet the manufacturer had confirmed via email the product was incorrect. The company has no contact telephone. Would suggest you spend your money with a company that values there customers. Terrible customer service terrible company avoid at all costs”

“The ordered item (Fan) arrived within the stated time stated and was well packaged. Details of shipping status and likely arrival time were posted by email. All in all a reliable company.”

“I am afraid the part is genuine but it arrive so in delayed even I was charged for express delivery I really want my delivery charges refunded Or some compensation to wards my purchase I had to arrange another Hoover for the work I was planning to do So I lost money in both ways Looking forward to hear from you”

“Very pleased with my purchase arrived on time , a good price Very pleased My only complaint is the delivery driver I didn't expect to have to carry this heavy lathe to my door It's there job to deliver it not for me to carry it Great lathe thanks guys”

“My order was not dispatched and I had to chase them up a week later. It was sent out 2 days after making contact with them. My item was damaged in transit so I reported it with photos and asked for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible as the order has now taken 8 days. I was told that they will only replace the order after it has been returned as it was their company policy. I asked for a refund as I couldn't wait two weeks for a product and ordered else where.”

“Poor service. Ordered over Christmas and the website didn’t say you were shut down No updates when you returned until I emailed them it took 2 weeks to delivery when I paid for a priority service”
