“There was a bit of a problem with the courier when Power Tools Direct originally shipped the order, which resulted in the order being returned to Power Tools Direct by the courier. Despite this not being the fault of Power Tools Direct, but a problem with the courier, Power Tools Direct still resent the order without charging a second delivery charge.”

“They sent to us a device to catch a mouse without killing it, which has been a great nuisance to us. We haven't yet managed to catch it, but it has certainly been deterred in it's activities, which makes me happy, not to see anything of it in my kitchen. Delivery of the device was very prompt, which was important to us.”

“After much searching for a particular type of woodscrew on the internet I eventually found what I wanted on the Power Tools Direct website. While I was at it I added some boxes of other useful standard types / sizes to the online order. Power Tools Direct phoned me to apologise, saying that one of these sizes was out of stock - did I want to cancel them or order an alternative? I said I would rather keep the order open if they were prepared to send what they had, with the out of stock item to follow later - provided it did not incur any additional postage. When they said it would incur extra postage, I cancelled the item. I was disappointed by this response as the item was listed on the website as available. As a new customer, this is my only gripe. The remainder of the order arrived quickly. The quality of the screws, excellent. I will probably order from Power Tools Direct again.”
