“Found an item online on their website and was about to order when I realised that their premises were fairly close. Emailed about the item one evening, asking if it was in stock and if I could come and buy in person. They replied the following morning saying to order and pay online but specify collection in person. Did so. They then emailed when it had arrived. I called in next day and picked it up straight away. Summary: prompt efficient service [and at a good price, too!].”

“There was a bit of a problem with the courier when Power Tools Direct originally shipped the order, which resulted in the order being returned to Power Tools Direct by the courier. Despite this not being the fault of Power Tools Direct, but a problem with the courier, Power Tools Direct still resent the order without charging a second delivery charge.”

“They sent to us a device to catch a mouse without killing it, which has been a great nuisance to us. We haven't yet managed to catch it, but it has certainly been deterred in it's activities, which makes me happy, not to see anything of it in my kitchen. Delivery of the device was very prompt, which was important to us.”
