“If I could give 0 I would, due to the shocking communication alone!! That said after 22 emails between myself Gosia I finally got my goods collected & refund!! I ordered a pair of Bahco edging shears on an express delivery, they didn’t arrive & that was the start of my quest. When they did arrive they were delivered in what I can call a bin bag which was ripped and the goods all scraped & scratched…. These were part of a birthday present and I got asked a number of times were they useable…. Absolute joke!!! Who on earth would give or more to the point want to receive it that state??? There doesn’t seem to be any respect for the clients which is your biggest mistake or the company you work for!!! I would never recommend this company or use this company ever again…. I would like to add that I did give benefit of doubt because of the current climate, but the whole company need to give their heads a wobble and stop treating their clients with such lack of respect!!!”

“I placed an order over a week ago and paid for 3-5 working days delivery and have still not received my order, nor have i been updated or replied to. Not much help that the customer service number is unavailable now.”

“Ordered from these on a 3 to 5 day delivery arrived 10 days later. Phoned company message said we are not answering the phone email and we will get right back. They don't, ignored a number of emails. So no good phoning or emailing them. sent via DHL who are just as bad difficult to email or phone say they have got item and then they say they havn't. I would not use POWER TOOLS Direct even if you could not get what you wanted elsewhere. Only gave one star as you could not give less. This is one company to totally avoid.”

“The price of the decking paint was attractive to buy. The delivery was fast, but the caravan side could not find it. The responds from the sales team has been reasonable, after I was chasing the parcel. Thanks for your support !”

“On opening package which was ripped and scruffy found that the item had been dropped see pictures and no keys any where in the box or in cabinet (Had all the drawers out and went through packaging 3 times) I was gonna buy a top box but not now”

“I have been really disappointed with my order. I ordered two tins of varnish- only one arrived and was dented when it arrived. when I complained about the missing order, another was ordered but with no guarantee that it would be delivered quickly. I have since had an email notifying me of a further delay. Despite me saying I needed the varnish for a time sensitive job, nothing has been done to expedite the order. Very disappointing and still waiting 2 weeks later.”

“I ordered some hand tools and a box of staples. The hand tools arrived ok but there were no staples. The Jiffy Bag had a small hole in it. Power Tools Direct sent a replacement staples box without any quibbles, and actually when they arrived I could see the hole in the Jiffy Bag was too small for the staples to have fallen out. Very pleased with the service.”
