“Communication is nonexistent! It doesn’t matter at what stage you are in your order, you will not receive a response of any kind. You will not know whether your order will be fulfilled or not. Don’t pay extra for express delivery as it won’t happen. My item did turn up eventually, I was going to request a refund from my credit card for non delivery and communication when it just turned up! It was cheap, but as I required it for a job had to buy another elsewhere, so now I have 2 and can’t be bothered to waste my time trying to return it. Overall, if you want something cheap, can afford to wait and see if it may arrive then buy from Tools direct and cross your fingers and toes- you have been warned!”

“Although the company was efficient, not having the goods that we ordered, wasn't very good. The website should be kept up to date all the time so people don't pin there hopes in getting something they want, when the company didn't have in the first place.”

“Good machine a lot more powerful than the 6inch bench grinder that I have used for years Might need someone to quality check before dispatch though although only minor there where a few chips out of the white grinding wheel and one of the wing nuts had a faulty thread had to use a bolt in the end but otherwise all good”
