“Fantastic customer service. Power Tools Direct, and especially Gosia, moved heaven and earth to get a patio heater, which itself was great value, to us in time for the Easter Weekend so my mother could meet her first great-grandchild. All were warm and cosy. Thank you!”

“first order and after week ( albeit Easter ) and paying for early delivery - advised not in stock and refund would be made . this is poor as we have to pay painter We should have been told out of stock earlier Gosia was very helpful tho”
