“I purchased a hand cultivator, while the tool is fine, the packaging was not. It arrived through the post in an envelope with 2 prongs sticking through with no protection on them. It was very dangerous to anyone who had to handle it on its journey. I would not recommend buying tools from this company again as the packaging was inadequate and could have caused injury.”
