“Bought Sadolin paint. Delivered on time and as ordered. It was cheaper to buy two 500ml tins from Power Tools Direct and pay a delivery charge than buying a 1 litre tin from other suppliers even offering free delivery.”

“Great products, very reasonably priced, however….. customer services leaves much room for improvement. Order should have taken 3-5 days, I finally got it over a month later and had to write numerous emails to get any information why. I would have been fine with a courtesy email explaining that items were out of stock and a rough estimated delivery date”
