“Having bought from PTD in the past, I recently ordered a Clarke Submersible pump as it was a good price. After it arrived I was away for 3 weeks, on my return I opened the pump packaging only to find it damaged and unusable. I contacted customer services, sent photos of the damage and they dispatched a replacement, no hassle, good service would buy from them again.”
