“Dreadful. Ordered a product (paint) that Power Tools advertised as in stock, took the payment and then advised the following day that the product was unavailable!! Dreadful service and I will not use them again.”

“I ordered a Karcher 5.The power hose was defective,I sent photos and I was informed that it would be replaced.I assembled the machine and destroyed the wrappings.I was the told that the part would not be replaced and to send the whole unit back.I said that the part was available on line.I said that I would return the unit to their Littlehampton base and pick up a replacement.They would not cooperate and wanted it posted.They were difficult,uncooperative and and did not want to offer any help.My advice would be to avoid this company......they are very poor”

“Great tools, great prices but shocking customer service. I bought a bench grinder which showed up brand new with a wonky wheel. Only option was for me to return it to Clarke to have it assessed and potentially repaired. I asked for a full refund which was refused unless I returned the machine at my own expense. Since then I have diagnosed the fault for them and sent videos demonstrating it. Still no response and no phone number to call. I will never buy from them again.”
