“My outdoor heater arrived promptly and I was impressed with the quality and substantialness of the design. Unfortunately it didn't suit my personal needs and I was worried about returning it as there was nothing I could fault about the product. I contacted Power Tools Direct and they were very understanding and refunded my money with no hassle at all. I thoroughly recommend this company - from my experience they offer quality products and great customer service.”
