“SEVERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND VERY SLOW AT RESPONDING TO EMAILS AS NOT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE BY PHONE DUE TO COVID. PLACED ORDER PAID ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE FOR 3-5 DAY DELIVERY. 2 WEEKS LATER FOUND OUT NO STOCK AND STILL GOT CHARGED FOR DELIVERY. APPALLING LEVEL OF SERVICE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”
