“Shopping basket empties far too quickly. Especially on a website with so many items in different categories. Would have made a larger sale had my basket not been deleted twice whilst shopping as I forgot to re-add some of the items I originally intended to buy but which had disappeared from the basket. Paid for next day delivery and didnt receive for 3 days.”

“Good products at great prices but service let down by dispatch time. Paid £8.95 for delivery but was not dispatched for 5 days then sent on a next day service. Working in the trade I need items sooner so will only use when I’m not desperate for items.”
