“This company does not fairly apply the delivery charges. On your website, the cost of delivery is £ 3.95 (up to 2Kg), you collected from me for an item weighing 1.5kg (and on the DPD label 1.75kg) £ 4.95, where £ 4.95 (up to 5Kg ). If a thousand people pay £ 1 more, you will achieve a profit of £ 1,000. Such behaviour disqualifies trust in such a company and translating that I agreed to such a fee without knowing the weight of the product is simply ridiculous. Don't trust companies like this one, think if it's worth trusting them. The product came without any packaging, only in factory packaging.”

“Not used the product yet but it looks sturdy, value for money . The delivery of it was some thing else. The parcel was left on a door step at the end of my road, the owner of the house was not made aware of the parcel , no knock on the door.etc. When the owner of the house found the parcel he completed the delivery by bringing the parcel to me.”

“Looking for an impact wrench I saw a good review about the Kielder 02 700nm. I prfer to buy from bona fide companies rather than from Amazon or eBay., so chose Power Tools Direct. I expected to pay a little more but it was actually cheaper than the others. Delivery was ahead of schedule and the item was nicely and arefully packed, and communications were polite and complimentary.”
