“After reading the reviews I was nervous about ordering - but the price was great so I took a gamble. I paid by credit card as an extra protection. The really need to up their game on the administration side 1) Make sure a confirmation window is displayed after you have paid and 2) follow up with a confirmation email - automated so people don't think they are being scammed. They did reply to my email very quickly when I contacted them to check that my order had actually been received. I hesitated about buying because of this so they are probably losing sales because of it. HOWEVER THAT BEING SAID my items arrived within three days, packaged well, undamaged and exactly what I needed for a fraction of the cost from anywhere else.”

“We where to start. Ordered an item on a Tuesday for delivery on Friday. .. hmm not arrived yet. Apparently its gone missing. Tried to get in touch with this company.. answer phone message said ppl are working from home so email and they will be in touch straight away... nope.. that didn't happen either. Monday I got an email.. I have spent thousands online with many companies and rhis us the worst experience ever. Buyer beware.”

“No problems with ordering or delivery. However, the instructions for setting the doors on the squirrel cage were very poor. We spent a couple of hours trying to set it. I emailed the manufacturer last Friday to send me more explicit drawings to go by but have yet to hear from them”
