“Hopeless. The tool I ordered was then cancelled, after paying for it, as it was out of stock. So why did it say it was in stock at the time of ordering!??”

“Excellent product; good value for money; good delivery. I would have appreciated the item being wrapped better. I purchased a LONG HANDLED BORDER TROWEL. Just a bin-liner wound around it was insufficient and it came crashing THROUGH my letterbox, down on a tiled floor. I suggest that the steel blade could have been wrapped in some cardboard before the black plastic was applied. Having said that, I would buy from you again! Hope this is a helpful comment... it’s meant to be!!! —Thanks!”

“I received my products (tough wipes) in a poor condition. Because they didn’t have foil protector on the top they leaked all in the box. I can only conclude from this that they will dry out more quickly. Customer service asked me to send photo of wipes , which I did & also of the box. But I had thrown away as it was very wet on my floor & didn’t think I needed it. They haven’t contacted me again so I presume I will have to put up with the situation & never use them again.”

“Ordered on the 8th of Feb and received on the 10th of Feb on standard free delivery. I did not opt for the paid delivery as i was not in a rush. i should say impeccable delivery service. The ordering process was smooth too. i have not had a chance to use the product yet and hence this is only the rating for Power Tools Direct ordering and delivering process.”

“I first was told orders over £75 are free postage, then orders over 20kg are £20 postage somehow I had to pay £29 for express postage, it took almost a week to arrive, very disappointed.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered and dispatch email within 2 hours. Notified of delivery next day. Parcel was delayed due to bad weather again notified of this. Arrived next day. Cannot fault would certainly use again.”

“Superb communication and delivery. My Clarke CL300M lathe and accessories arrived in perfect condition and well packed. When one item was out of stock the sales team were super efficient with notifying me and refunding. Also, the lowest price in town! Great to do business with you power tools direct!!”
