“Decent price especially when compared to car detailing shops where you tend to pay a little more than actually dealing direct with a power tool specialist like Power Tools Direct. Decent customer service, had to ask for a tracking number, so would of been nice to of ordered, and just received one, especially on £400 worth of tool but all good and delivered quite quickly, so can’t moan 👍🏼”

“I placed an order for a stapler and staples on 19th April. It said the item was in stock and delivery would be 2-3 days. I emailed on 26th April asking what was happening but no reply was forthcoming. The stapler turned up 28th, by this time I had borrowed one as the job I needed it for had to be finished. Poor communication, poor service. I won’t be ordering from Power Tools Direct again.”
