“I bought battery charger & starter when I received it it had no plug on it and it was in the wrong box I have sent the item back to the seller and I still haven’t received my full refund + PAP bylaw health and safety regulations all items Domestic and garage electric items should come supplied with a plug by law and in the right box I am not happy I have tried calling them by phone and emails no reply only by emails every time they answer the emails they come up with excuses not happy so I’m going to go to citizens advice bureau I will never use this company ever again.”

“Arrived quickly, as described. Unfortunately must have been thrown about in transit as had a piece of plastic housing broken off inside box. - We decided the pump would still work and didn’t have time to ask for a replacement, so accepted as is.”

“Very good service. 1 item purchased arrived 3 hours before the estimated time of arrival - no problem! So far as the second order is concerned, there seemed to be no mechanism whereby the purchaser could arrange for the item to be delivered to another person, so I now receive emails intended for my daughter!”

“I ordered a Karcher 5.The power hose was defective,I sent photos and I was informed that it would be replaced.I assembled the machine and destroyed the wrappings.I was the told that the part would not be replaced and to send the whole unit back.I said that the part was available on line.I said that I would return the unit to their Littlehampton base and pick up a replacement.They would not cooperate and wanted it posted.They were difficult,uncooperative and and did not want to offer any help.My advice would be to avoid this company......they are very poor”
