“Item was supposed to be new, but when received was clearly not. Wouldn't refund. Wanted it returning to send back to manufacturer for their comments before refunding. a week later and I am still waiting to be refunded. poor service”

“Very poor communication from the company. Order placed and paid for but NOT DISPATCHED for 2 weeks - only after chaser was sent. Delivery was via DPD - not a problem and it arrived in good condition.”

“Ordered 5 items, 3 of which were required quickly, so paid premium P+P for faster delivery, 2 days later received refund for the 3 items I needed due to not being in stock !! no refund for extra P+P so effectively paid extra for non-urgent items and couldn't finish the job I need the tools for. Recomend updating the website and not listing items, that are out of stock, for reference still showing as available on web site.”
