“Purchased items and paid for next day delivery to ensure items arrived by the time work was booked in for (4 days away) items arrived 6 days later so work had to be rescheduled costing money. When I requested a refund for the delivery I’d paid for this was denied. Very poor service and customer care.”

“The free postage over £70 is a con. When paying, given the option to pay for quick delivery. Seems that all delivery is the same it only relates to how long they keep your item before posting it.”

“Shopping basket empties far too quickly. Especially on a website with so many items in different categories. Would have made a larger sale had my basket not been deleted twice whilst shopping as I forgot to re-add some of the items I originally intended to buy but which had disappeared from the basket. Paid for next day delivery and didnt receive for 3 days.”
