“Delivery was attempted on a Friday at 19:30 (Outside business hours) and then apparently delivery was attempted again Monday at 16:40 when we were open (DPD POD shows the back of the vehicle and not our premises so proves the driver didn't even attempt to deliver, we also didn't receive a calling card through our door). Tried to call Power Tools Direct but they seem to no longer believe in telephone conversations. Emailed 3 times on 3 consecutive days without a reply. Very poor communication and customer service, unfortunately.”

“Needed for a job 60 miles away so timing important.Charge 7.95 for delivery 2-3 days but not arrived or even notified of despatch on day 4. Tried to call but telephone number directs you back to email and so far not even an acknowledgment. My first and last purchase.”
