“Website very easy to use. Delivery was good. Email to confirm expected delivery time slot. Only one day late. But not a problem given only a week before Christmas so would expect courier to be busy. Would recommend. Will use again. Thank you. Ann.”

“Ordered a dehumidifier from their website. Paid for fast delivery as I needed in before xmas. It arrived in 2 days with DPD as expected. The unit is up and working fine. Many thanks.”

“I was very concerned regarding the late delivery of my order, indirectly it was not the fault of Power tools the problem was Royal Mail postal strikes (mail being held not delivered) BUT the whole country had been warned about the turmoil this would create and I did email my own comments to Power tools refering to the lack of customer Satisfaction using Royal Mail in these circumstances.”

“Late delivery despite paying extra for expedited service. Item faulty, but Power Tools Direct will only refer to manufacturers (said this would take 2 working days but now been waiting a week). No working sander or refund. Metal shard flew out of sander - very dangerous!”
