“Wish I hadn’t bothered. Paid for express delivery 1-2 days. To find out a week later it hadn’t even been dispatched. Ordered the goods for a job in plenty of time but didn’t make the deadline. I had to buy elsewhere so paid twice. Customer services didn’t reply to many of my emails and when you ring you can’t speak to anyone. You would think they would let you know what was going on as they were the company at fault.”

“The goods received were what we wanted. However, as we live just around the corner from the Industrial unit we were disappointed that we weren't able to collect. Instead, the item was sent up to DHL at Gatwick only to be sent back to us, which meant we paid for unnecessary journeys and got the item a day later than we might have done. Surely there should be a collection facilities for local residents.”
