“Advised that our order would arrive on Monday 8/8.Missed a message that said that DPD would deliver on the 6/8 as we were not expecting it that day we were in the garden.Advised by DPD as we had missed them it was sent to our local collection point 10 miles away!Went there to collect shop open 7am to 8pm to be told at 8.15am "we only do parcels after 9am!",after a moan the man found our parcel and said he had told DPD but they still put his full opening hours.Would suggest 1.You use another delivery company and 2.If you advise a delivery date stick to it so that the recipient will be looking out for it/or messages relating to that days delivery.”

“First purchase I've made from PowerTools Direct, all branded items (strimmer lines, safety glasses, and gloves). The prices were the attraction, by far the best I could find anywhere for these particular items, even allowing for delivery charge. Paid for basic Royal Mail delivery. Brilliant. Delivered in less than 48 hours and all items as described and perfect. Easy to create an account, and the despatch email was sent in a timely manner.”

“They were very slow at dispatching , even if you allowed for them not working weekends, It took 4 working days even with me paying extra for express delivery Courier only took 24 hrs once they had got it from power tools direct”

“this company has a huge stock of good quality tools, ordering was easy and the items turned up very quickly even though I live on the Isle of Man. The other thing that stood out was no postage charge which at other companies was either stupid or prohibitive. I have opened an account and will be using them from now on. Thanks, much appreciated.”

“Purchase from them 3HP SIP dust extractor. Unfortunately they send me 2HP SIP dust extractor, apparently wrong description on website. And nothing wrong with that have my refund. But it was 2 weeks ago and description remain the same.”

“Good service, good product but please think about packaging, the black plastic you wrap the product in is awful, difficult to remove and cannot be recycled, would be great if you could replace with something more sustainable”
