“Delivery cost is now becoming an important issue when selecting an online supplier, especially for small items. I studiously avoid Amazon's Prime so, as a result, their delivery costs are normally way too high. However, it came as a nice surprise to find that this Company's delivery costs are quite reasonable. Also they use DHL which I find to be very reliable.”

“I placed an order for sds drill which did not get processed, power tools direct credited my card but did not notify me by email to say that the order was not going to be fulfilled. This is extremely poor service I had an engineer waiting on this sds drill for a job and I didn’t know it had been cancelled for whatever reason until I checked my credit card statement. It appears you cannot rely on this supplier for urgent or important jobs.”
