“Efficient sales service and a good £price. Actually, the surprise was that Royal Mail delivered the package 2-days earlier than paid-for. It was therefore lucky that I got home in time to take the delivery since no e-mails indicated such early delivery. I suspect that Royal Mail were not too busy and could get the package out on a Saturday.”

“I placed the entire order for a whole week but still received no news. After asking, I received the package but the screws still missing. It took more than ten days after I placed the order to be told that the goods were not in stock. Refund still not received. It’s a very bad shopping experience.”
