“My instructor was Miguel Chavira. Through the practice tests I improved from a 28 on my ACT to a 34. My instructor provided all of the material in a informative and engaging way. He also included some extra strategies to his students.”

“My instructor's name is Miguel Chavira, and he greatly helped with my overall understanding. Not only did he teach the whole lesson plan, and have us be involved with answering questions, but he also gave us some of his personal notes and overviews of the topics we learned. I really enjoyed that we got through so much practice, got all questions answered and it was so easy to get access to all of the practice tests and homework! I noticed that my test scores did fluctuate on the homework and on the practice tests, but towards the end, everything improved. Hopefully, all of the hard work will lead to me getting a good score on my next test!”

“I was INCREDIBLY skeptical about taking the ACT course. However, I have to admit that the six weeks I've spent in this course have absolutely helped me beyond belief. The amount of practice and guidance provided is insane, and my instructor, Miguel Chavira, is amazingly patient and a great teacher. He is incredibly knowledgeable, as he can explain each subject with great proficiency. Having the textbooks is also a great resource, and gives me peace of mind because I know I can always refer to them if I need more information. The only thing I'd say about the course is that it's a little dry. I feel that the classes aren't very interactive, and sometimes it feels like there is almost no other student present. I think some sort of way to interact or collaborate with classmates would prove to be a good motivation for students to show up to class.”

“My Prep Expert tutor was Naman Bhasin. My family originally set up the service for my ACT in which I saw outstanding results of an increase of 6 points on my composite score. Naman was very helpful in learning different topics in regards to all facets of the test. He has also helped me using some of my left over hours to help tutor me for important tests for my regular school. Naman has truly made a huge impact on my academic journey and has helped make many more college opportunities possible.”

“I really loved this class! Mr. Miguel Chavira was such a great teacher and made everything easy to understand. I learned over 100 helpful tips for doing well on the ACT, and now I feel way more prepared to take it. My favorite part of the course was getting to take 10 practice tests throughout. It gave me so much extra practice and really helped me improve! Before the class, my highest composite score was a 30, but now after the course, the highest is a 34.”

“First, to start it off Mr. Miguel was an amazing instructor. When I started the course, I didn't know anything about the SAT and ACT. But throughout the course, I got better and better, and at some point I got a 300-point increase in my score! I would 100% recommend him as an instructor!”

“I came into the class a motivated but unsure of where to start but as of right now I've improved by 160 points and aiming for 260 points thanks to Mr. Miguel Chavira and Mr. Alex Yang. One of my favorite things i've learned in this course was the B.O.S.S strategy which let improve on the wrighting section.”

“I had Miguel Chavira and it was AMAZING! I had taken a practice SAT test before the course and recieved a 960, I took one before the last day and recieved a 1380 it was a big improvment. Miguel was an amazing teacher he helped me understand not only how to study for the SAT but also school in general. He was very encouraging and understanding. Overall I would reccomend this to friends and family in a heart beat.”

They were fantastic always answering questions and offering in depth analysis and always explaining it in simple terms, comprehensible for all. They offered great strategies beyond the course materials and were always able to connect with the students in answering the questions. “This course was such a huge help!!! My teacher Taylor Trautwein was great and I learned so many new things! The course goes in depth on many different strategies for the writing, reading, and math sections. I liked how much practice I was able to get with especially with the practice exams. The course was very engaging and I know it will improve my score!!!”

“I feel like this class was pretty good I learnt a lot and I feel like I can improve even more with these strategies in my notebook so I could review them. One of my only concerns is that my instructor Isabella Raicu had to deal with her rooster dying and she still had to do the classes, she did them well I’m just worried for her well being. My instructor, Isabella Raicu was a good instructor she helped us when we needed help and always asked if we didn’t understand something if we encountered something challenging, after we tried it by our selves. My other concern is that I feel like that course resources should be opened for a year once the classes stopped so in case we missed anything or want to look at the hard math quizzes, practice tests, and the modules. If it costs money to keep the resources continuing then I’d recommend just having an option to send a message claiming they don’t need the resources if they completed the real SAT and got score they’re satisfied.”
