My first parcel last week got lost and didn’t come til 4 days after it was supposed to, so I ordered a back up outfit which came and the chain on the dress strap was already snapped so couldn’t wear that either

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear about this. Deffo not what we want to hear or what you expect when you shop with us. We've looked into this with the courier and are taking steps with the courier to reduce the chances of the order being delayed in their network. Hey Shanuja, I'm sorry to hear your order was so late. I've looked into this for and the order was mis-placed by the driver, so it wasn't delivered in time. We looked into this with the courier, who searched their depots and vans, to get it back out for delivery as soon as possible. I can see we refunded the postage cost as the order was late and this will be back in your account by now. Our customer service team are on hand 24/7 should you need to get in touch with us. Can’t actually phone about any issues took me ages to find out a way to contact plt , finally having to send issue through WhatsApp and Facebook , I also raised the issue where my stuff wasn’t delivered which then cause me to go buy stuff for a night out Hermes never had the decency to even email to update me on a package apparently I won’t get compensated either for the inconvenience !!!! Item have been sent back as soon as it finally arrived very very unhappy worse service I have ever received from PLT and choose a different courier as Hermes are awful !!!

Hey Amy, Sorry to hear you didn't love the experience this time. We don't have an inbound customer service contact number, however we do have lots of ways to get in touch. You can drop us an email through our website, live chat, Whatsapp or our social media help pages. Will raise this with the courier company, to look into why the order was so late and what action we can take to reduce the chances of this happening in the future. We do use a variety of different courier so delivery and orders sent out with Evening or Nominated day delivery are sent out with different couriers. Thanks Usman

We constantly had our orders undelivered due to an issue with the courier. Although the issue had been resolved our end and PLT did manage to get one delivery to arrive when we complained again and again, we are back in the situation where our orders are constantly returned and never arrive so we have had to stop using them.

I ordered a pair of comfy sweats size 6 that were $27! Received a size 8 in the mail, very disappointing especially when it’s the companies fault, they took hours to respond and when they did they expected me to go down to the post office and return the size 8 so they could refund me instead of just sending me the size 6 that I had already paid for!! very poor customer service!!

Everything went bad. It seemed like it started good but that wasn’t the case at all. I used a discount code but because their site wasn’t working correctly, or maybe it was, it took the code out and charged me the full price. I contacted them about it and at first they suggested that I cancel the whole order, which if I did I wouldn’t have received the same price. I asked them to refund the difference which my bank said they should’ve been able to do and they kept telling me they couldn’t. Then someone else asked me to give them my account and routing number to deposit the difference, which I would never do. Through all of the payment issues I stuck it out to try and figure something out then I got the clothes. I don’t know WHO they thought those clothes were going to fit. I’m 5’2 138lbs and I know my sizes and there’s no reason why a pair of pants should come all the way up to my breast!! everything Was way too big so I had to return everything!! Terrible purchases, I won’t be doing that again. I paid for expedited shipping too and had to pay to return it. Ughhh!!

The courier you use are total rubbish. Always have issues with Hermes. Delivery was delayed for over a week due to xourier problems then have an email baribg in mind i have been home all day sayibg parcel has been delivered. No one knocked my door then checked tracking saying put through letterbox. No it hasnt been even checked with neighbours and even over the fences and in the bins as parcels have been thrown previously in these places... NOTHING!!!! Tried the contact nimber on hermes website which basically doesnt contact to a person just three opinions and each opinion tells you to go back on website to no avail!! Even emailed to get a reply that that email is no longer used to go back on website. Actually worked out how to use live chat and hey presto closed surprise surprise. So tomorrow will try again. I wont be ordering off any company who uses Hermes ever again. They are unprofessional in every sense and ripping people off by the sounds of ut as mentioned to a friend what had happened and she said I am not the only one this has happened to today !!!

Sooo ordered 2 items and wanted to return because of sizing issue. No return slips with my orders appaling. Also. I tried logging into my account but i couldnt as my password would not work nor reset. Contacted plt support and they told me the IT support would help but no one had reached out to help. Wont be ordering again

I purchased an item that I still haven’t received. The tracking information showed the delivery to be on December 16th but I checked my email to see it was going to be delivered early on the 10th. Still no package or knowledge of where it even is. It just states no updated information since December 10th. I love Pretty Little Thing but this is unacceptable!!!

DO NOT SHIP THERE! Ordered high heel size 8, took longer to receive my shipment than expected and in the end I received high heels that was size 9 and that was completely a different model to what I ordered!! They are so ship quality, I can’t ever wear them! Payed $21 just for the shipment and I need to pay an other $21 for a refund?! Just the shipments will cost more than the product it self. This is a fraud!! Was my first and last time buying from PrettyLittleThings, I advise people not to make the same mistake!

Ordered a ton of clothes using their gimme50 discount code and it came up 50% like the sale said. Checked out completely and saw my card was charged the full amount so I tried to cancel but there's no option for that. There's also no number to call and they haven't answered my email. So far customer service is terrible.

Ordered three items and wanted to return two. Two of the items looked nothing like the picture. The quality was terrible. It was supposed to be form fitting and it was not at all. It appeared to be a stretchy yet quality material in the picture but was just cotton. The one item that I did like had to be altered because the cleavage was literally drooping down, but in the picture featuring the model, it did not appear that way. This would not have been such a big issue and would have tried PLTs clothes again, but they would not process my return because they could not match my order number when trying to return the product. I found that to be hilarious because my order would pop up when tracking it through the site, almost as if they did not want to give my money back. There was also no number I could call. I will not order from this site again solely on the basis of bad customer service.
