I purchased a photo puzzle through this site, which was substandard, I have gone through all the correct processes to return this item, incurring extra expenses and am now out of pocket by £20.00. Printerpix have delayed and ultimately ignored my correspondence. Avoid this company unless you have money to spare/ give away. As per previous review I would have given nil stars if this had been an option, and it appears definite that I will not only not be getting my money back, and the cost of returning it is also lost. Do not go down this route!!!!!!!!!,

I ordered a photo puzzle. When it was delivered, straight away you could see the quality was terrible. The ink from the photos had run into the cracks where the jigsaw had been cut so the white border was not white at all! It just looked a mess. It was meant to be a gift but there is no way I can give it to the recipient, it would be embarrassing! I emailed the same day it was delivered and had an automatic reply. I have emailed 3 or 4 times since then with no response. Tried the online chat but stuck in a queue and impossible to get through to someone. The lack of customer service is shocking. I have never felt so let down by a company. To begin with I would have been happy if they had just replaced it but now I won’t settle for anything less than a refund as I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Doubt I’ll ever get the refund though as they never get back to you! Would have rated 0 stars if I could have. Terrible, awful service. Avoid this company at all costs!

Awful - I paid £24.99 to create a photo book using my iPhone & photos on my iPhone. It could not download any photos and did not let me get back in again to retry. Customer services never answered my email and their phone in Help Desk has a chargeable number which keeps you on hold forever so eventually I gave up . I can’t get my £24.99 back and I can’t get a photo book ... my advice = DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Printerpix is a SCAM. They take your money, but they don't deliver the order. I ordered a fleece with this company, and even though I have a receipt and a PON , the order has never been processed and can't be tracked. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is not a legitimate business.

Awful! BUYER BEWARE!! I had wonderful, awesome, five star service from collage.com. I made a mistake on my order and the had already processed the first order but they sent me both orders for free no questions asked.

Worst company ever. Ordered and paid for an extra large photo throw/blanket through a Groupon offer. Was sent a substandard sized one the size of a teatowel. 16 emails later and they are telling me they will correct it if i send more money. Worst service ever. Do not use.

I ordered some photo tiles from Printerpix and was sent the wrong ones, photos of someone elses kids - which is bad enough but when I called Printerpix to sort it out the issues got worse! I was told to email them with my order number and the issue would be sorted. Its now over a month since my first email, I've contacted them on social media but again no-one has responded to my messages and I still haven't been sent the correct photos or recieved a refund. I've also been charged £3 for the call as you have to ring a premium rate number to report their mistakes. I'm appalled at their service. I left this review on Trustpilot also and they rang me asking me to remove it saying they will send out the correct order but they still have not done so - appalling service!

I bought a voucher from Livingsocial deal and had problem straight away with Printerpix. The voucher I purchased was in cm and Printerpix dealt in inches. I tried to follow the purchase through but couldn't and I tried endless times to speak through live chat. They constantly ended the call before I had the chance to explain what had happened. I slept on it and tried again today but the same again. I think they want you to ring them on their extortionate telephone charges rate. SHAME ON YOU PRINTERPIX I am bitterly disappointed!!!

The worse service I have ever used. I ordered in August and after a million emails, phone calls and live chat they said would reship and have not.. I even mailed the CEO and nothing do not use this company

Do not use this company they are a rip off they sent me wrong size on my order and they don’t reply to your emails I phoned them and they said they replace it but I have to pay more money for delivery .

I placed an order in August 2020. It was paid for, but I have not received my order. I have contacted printerpix twice through their live chat and both times was told my order would be prioritized and ship soon. It still has not shipped. I will not be ordering from printerpix again and I will not be recommending them to my friends.

Great books but terrible service. If you don't have issues, no problem, But if you do have issues... Good luck. Customer service people are really nice but system does not allow them to know much nor do what they need to do to resolve issues. Very frustrating. Spoke to many different agents over many weeks and they all have different messages for you. I had a very simple issue for over a month and they still can't resolve it. Very sad to deal with them . Just want my books and it will be the last time I deal with them. Too bad, because I really enjoyed the end product.

It's been about one month since I ordered a Groupon with Printerpix. I was provided a used link. I think it got resolved with Printerpix only to find out there is an additional (almost) $30 in shipping. What?!? It's been a frustrating process with a very unexpected additional cost associated with my purchase. Never again. . .

I received my order quickly, but it was wrong. I clearly received someone else's canvas. I tried to use the chat online feature, but I was told she could not help me. I must submit an email to the "contact us" email address. I did and received an automated confirmation indicating a ticket was created. After 2 weeks I followed up and received nothing. It has now been 5 weeks since receiving the incorrect item. The canvas was intended to be a gift which I ordered in plenty of time, but due to thes lack of resolution, it is now too late. There are plenty of other print companies. Don't waste your money and especially your time with Printerpix. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee but that is clearly a boldfaced lie!!!

I ordered a custom blanket over a month and a half ago, still hasn’t arrived. I emailed the customer service team to question this a while ago and they asked me to wait a couple more days. It has now been weeks later, I have emailed multiple more times but haven’t even got a response never mind my order.

We purchased a Groupon for this service to try them out. Horrible mistake!!! We uploaded our pictures the same way that we upload for every other service online where we order pictures. When we received our photo books, the heads were chopped of a large number of our pictures and some of the pictures were placed in the binder of the book, split between two pages. Terrible product. When we called to speak to someone, they blamed the problem on us but did offer to replace the books and charge us shipping. We don't feel like we should have to pay for shipping as the products were not satisfactory. The shipping fee is almost as much as the original price we paid. This company does not stand behind their poor work and we will never ever order from them again. Too many choices out there!

I bought a photobook on Groupon...bad idea, postage cost 3x extra and the picture quality is disgusting. I've emailed, called and was asked to email photos of the pictures!!!! Of course I haven't heard anything back from them despite their profuse guarantees on their website. Too heavy handed with the ink. DO NOT USE THEM

This company has UK in their name but trust me they are not. India to be exact! Costs £1.15 to contact them (per minute) and when you get through to them they past you from pillar to post to then advise you that the manager will call you back. Still waiting on that call 14+ days later. The products are cheap, poor quality and lacking imagination. Buying a personalised jigsaw for a gift to have it come assembled and of poor quantity is extremely disappointing. This company is a border line scam and I believe they fix reviews to make them appear higher in listings. Dont bother Dont buy Dont contact them Poor service Poor products.

I ordered a framed colour print. Upon receiving it I saw that the 'glass' cover had unsightly scratches. I contacted Printerpix customer service immediately who acknowledged receipt of my message - now some four weeks later they've done absolutely nothing about it. Useless, useless, useless.
