Ordered a product never even got a response for a 12 days contract customer service took 3 days to get a hold of someone and still never got a eta on my order will not recommend them at all

Horrible do not spend any money here. I paid extra money for one day shipping it should’ve came on Friday so I can have it for Mother’s Day and nothing came. I have yet to receive a tracking code or response back from this company. Highly aggravating

Paid x2 delivery fees (£10.40 each) for 2 A3 Canvases i brought, which were delivered together. Complained several times heard nothing. My recommendation would be not to use this company. Especially if they come up in your Wowcher or Groupon feed. There are plenty of alternatives.

I was excited to use this company to give my mom a nice gift for Mother’s Day. I completed my order and submitted my payment. After sending my payment, a message came up that the address was invalid (which it’s not) so it showed that it was cancelled. YET, the payment was still pulled from my account. I sent several emails and tried calling. No response back! I also did not receive the shipment even though my payment was taken despite showing that my order was cancelled. How can you have a business and not respond back to anyone? This is ridiculous!

This company is terrible. i purchased a custom blanket using a Groupon hoping that it arrived for mothers day. mind you i paid for 2 day shipping since on their website they had a covid-19 message saying that their shipping still remains the same no delays. i still have not received my email confirming it has been shipped and its almost been a week tried emailing them twice no response. called them the first time i get hug up on, second time my call and another customers call gets merged together so we are talking to eachother. and then i try chatting with them on their website and the lady takes 30 min to reply i walk away for 1 min and i get kicked out of the chat for not responding. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I will never order form this place again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Its been over 1.5 month since I made an order, and I sent 3 separate emails for updates, as I could not get through the customer service line. There was an auto-response stating they would respond within 2 days, but other than that, nothing. I called yesterday, finally got through after 1 hour on hold and it was obviously a foreign customer services call center, who's phone was cutting in & out, and I could not understand her questions. She then hung up after I asked her several times to repeat what she was asking me because her phone was cutting out. So - I called again, waited on hold again, and reached another representative whose phone worked fine. He indicated that they were still processing my purchase (A blanket w/ the name of a pet, no photo) He blamed the Covid 19 crisis as a reason for the problem (my order was submitted prior to it being a national emergency) Yet - printerpix has no problem sending me 3 emails a day for "special deals" that give no warning that shipments are delayed because of demand or Covid 19. He indicated that my order would be sent out late next week, and with the mail service being pretty slow now, I probably won't get it until June. Never again.

I purchased a voucher from Groupon for Printerpix. When going to make the first purchase, Printerpix had added an unexplained cost to the bill. Then put the cost of posting the item up, despite the price clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the voucher. After a failed reply from their online chat and no reply from an email, over 7 days and still waiting. I phoned, spoke to a very rude person/man. Who basically said "Thats the price pay or don't have it" So I am NOT having it. Shame for them really as I was going to order over 20 products, I was only getting one to start to see if the product was any good.

After purchasing through Groupon, I realize I'd have to download each picture one at a time and I have hundreds that I need printed, so obviously this wasn't going to work for me. There's no way to contact customer service, I've been trying for days! So I lost my money, guess I have to accept i got screwed over. If you need pics printed I recommend Google photos or mpix.

if there was a 0 I would enter 5 of them....This company is a joke and should be shut down .I ordered a puzzle with the picture of my dog for her birthday ....they told me ...10 days for production. And 15 days for delivery... Well I think they meant weeks....I called after a month they said it was still in production...called weeks later no answer same thing....called again weeks later they said they would credit me 20% on shipping...Are you kidding me!!! Called again and no answer just excuses....ordered it on February 4th got it on April 5th...so took over 2 months...The reps lie and say its in production...every person I talk to has British accent...this company based in England...and needs to stay there because everything about this process was horrible...I wouldn't never do business again.....stick with shutterfly.....Better business Buruea should shut them down..Read many many reviews and most of them bad!!..I see why..NEVER AGAIN! WHEN I got the puzzle the resolution on the puzzle was horrible...looked like a freshman in high school did this as a experiment...

After dealing with this company I’m not surprised at the horrible reviews. After they offered a special on Groupon I went to the Printerpix website to check it out. I tried loading 3 or 4 photos and they kept saying the resolution wasn’t good enough to use - - so I just left their site and never completed an order. However, soon after that they charged my credit card and sometime later a pkg arrived. Not only did I not complete the order, the product had white spots on one of the faces - which WERE NOT on my original. After numerous emails and denials by Printerpix of their errors - they are obviously NOT GOING TO DO THE RIGHT THING and credit my account. Neither I, nor anyone I can make aware of their dishonest practices and inferior products — will ever do business with this company. DO NOT USE PRINTERPIX

Never got status updates for my prints. Was never notified when they were being done or shipped. They just randomly appeared at my door. The quality is garbage. There's weird wet looking spots on my prints and the canvas is lifting on the back from the frame. My pictures are not crisp and clear even though the photo I provided was. And I ordered 4 black and white prints, only one is black and white and the other 3 are more sephia. So now my prints dont match. I amd very unhappy with the quality and lack of customer service. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely the worst. I bought a Groupon (first mistake) and it was an absolute nightmare trying to create the project on Printerpix's website. Then the code wouldn't redeem properly and I contacted them via email once and it took four days for an unhelpful response. Then I contacted them twice via the onlne chat and the two people I dealt with were idioits and totally unhelpful and took forever and did not resolve the issue. There's more but I am so furious and frustrated that I don't even feel like finishing. Bottom line, do NOT use Printerpix.

I got lucky my first order in Dec 2016. 2 years later, I decided I'd like to do ALL of my annual family portraits identically. Mistake. After receiving a terrible quality order, I sent the worst couple back. They then sent a couple of "fixed" orders and even THEY were messed up. I then just reordered ALL of them at an inflated "discount" just to get identical poor quality photos. Nope. They were even worse. Of 6 photos on my wall, they're all of various orders, trying to get the best version of ea year. Mistakenly decided to try ONE more time with a Dec, 2019 family portrait. Amazingly, the order I received is significantly different than the rest--with unacceptably dark quality and poor sizing. Horrible quality--and I no longer have the motivation to send this back in. Life is too short. Won't use Printerpix again.

Ordered off Groupon for $19.99 then I followed the instructions to their site only to see now I had to pay another $19.99 to get the product shipped!!!

Don't buy from them!!! They don't ship when they say do. My blankets arrived two weeks after Christmas. The package they showed up in shouldn't have costed the $16.95 in shipping especially since it arrived USPS plastic bag and the cheapest lable. My blankets lettering were badly crooked and almost off the blankets, the cut was very crooked and the stitching were horrible, they also weren't the size o ordered. I wrote 20 emails and only got and automated system reply. I fallowed the steps for the return and nothing. They are horrible all the way around. Don't waste your time or money

Ordered a Christmas gift and they sent me a promotion. 9 canvas for $49.95-great deal until you get to shipping...$90.00! $90.00 for shipping within the U.S. most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Tried contacting them no response! Left a bad review and they responded by giving me a bad email address! Don’t do business with this company! Total ripoff!!!!

I was waiting on a picture, and saw they had vouchers for a special well before christmas. I spent $70 on the two coupons, for two 60x80 blankets and free shipping. When I went to redeem them, they were not free shipping (extra $28/piece) and the second code did not work. These were not random coupon codes off of the internet, they were pre paid promotions. I went to customer service with pictures, and they had an automated reply asking my issue. I responded with receipts, pictures, everything. No reply. They illegally charged me AFTER the fact. For two blankets I ended up double paying, and they put a hold on creating. I purchased 12/17/2019, and just got a notification they were dispatched, without a tracking number. Post cancellation. I have been incredibly forgiving, have paid over $200 for two items (more than original cost) and almost let it go as my aunts birthday is tomorrow and it would’ve still worked despite the outrageous cost. However, turns out the tracking number does not exist, even guaranteeing Christmas delivery, 1/8 is too much to ask?! NEVER buy their promotional coupons DONT trust the cost you see when you order and confirm, as there will be added cost AFTER the fact. I’m taking legal action but BEWARE

I ordered photo blankets as Christmas presents at the beginning of December with 'guaranteed' Christmas delivery. It's now January 7th and I'm still waiting for my blankets to be delivered. I've looked at the order tracking page and it still says dispatched. It's ridiculous. Never again!
