“Printerpix ruined my Christmas! First of all I planned early because I have 2 toddlers and in order to pull it off u have too. So we took our Christmas family photo in September. I ordered my cards the 1st of December. I ordered 45 cards. I patiently wait and received 5 cards in the mail! I called and spoke with Adrian the first time and was promised this would be fixed. All I had to do was pay for the shipping on the remainder 40. Once the invoice was paid. I then called back and spoke with Adrian who stated it was fixed and 40 cards would be mailed to me. Anxiously waiting again my post man walks up to my door on Sunday DECEMBER 29th and delivers 1 CARD!!!!! Needless to say I was over the top fuming!!! But can’t call because it is a Sunday and they are closed! I call Monday speak with a representative who notices the mistake and gets her supervisor on the phone to “help” to rectify the mistake. I speak with Dominique who is a very unapologetic individual who offers to send me my CHRISTMAS cards that I originally ordered. Mind you it is now New Year’s Eve! What am I going to do with those?????? Oh and he offered to refund me the shipping which I paid twice for a mistake they made x 2! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ENTRUST A TIME SENSITIVE PRODUCT WITH A COMPANY WHO EMPLOYS SUCH INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT GET AN ORDER STRAIGHT REGARDLESS OF MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS!!!!!”

“I tried to order a photo book from this company and it came out absolutely horribly. It took forever to get the photos uploaded. I followed their template, but when the pictures came they ran off into the center binding. The template had designs that would use one photo for two pages, but people's faces wound up getting cut off. It looked absolutely TERRIBLE. On top of that the book itself was not packaged well and arrived with dented corners and black dirty markings on the leather. I tried to remedy the problem with customer service, and they sent me a book with the EXACT SAME HORRIBLE PROBLEM. Complete WASTE OF MONEY. I wound up building the book and ordering from a different company.”

“Absolutely terrible products and even worse customer service. Ordered a jigsaw and the quality was cheap, the image was dark and blurred, it was tiny and comes with no box. It also arrived very late. Ive spent a month trying to get a refund and the few responses I got don't even make sense. They refuse to give a refund despite not providing what was advertised. It's a scam company. They don't comply with consumer law. Avoid them.”
“I used this company with a groupon voucher purchased.
It took an eternity to upload photographs to create the books and took hours over several days to complete them. There was not a cut off or warning when completing these that you were add extra pages at an additional cost when completing. The first I became aware was at the checkout and there was no facility to edit at the stage. Due to the length of time it took I completed the order and contacted the customer service department. It cost me around an addition £40 for around 20 pages extra over the 3 books when a 40 page photo book cost just over £20.
I feel like I have been ripped off.
I emailed first thing the next morning and was not satisfied with the reply and unable to cancel my order and no partial refund offered.
The photo books arrived today and are not satisfactory for the extra cost. If it was the initial cost it would not have mattered so much. The bind in the middle of the book cuts of parts of certain photos.
I would not recommend this company. The service was awful.
I have purchased photo books from Colorland previously and highly recommend the quality and service from them.
This was not a good deal when I ended up paying around £50 including my delivery on top of the voucher cost. I would have accepted paying the cost of an additional photo book around £20 but the £40 is very excessive.”
