I have emailed 5 times and no reply
Then i had 2 replys to say delivery was slow a month later I ring you and a lady tells me that its been sent back to you as no house number i ask her to re dispatch and she tells me to ring back but its already coast me 10 pound just to ring and be in a queue so I go on you live chat to wait over 2 hours then a Robert comes on asks me details says be back in few minutes then half hour he still not got back to me and the chat is ended this is out of order i would like to no were my pitchers of my son are that I have paid for and when will I receive them”
“Ordered puzzle for Mother’s Day and it’s been a month and a half and no one will respond to my emails, their phone keeps getting disconnected, their live chat keeps putting me at the back of the queue. DON’T BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WONT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT OR BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM.”
“I placed an order on the 10th of may with a voucher from wowcha. The estimated time to finish the product was stated at 10-15 days and a further 10 for delivery. Giving plenty of time as it was a gift I was having made for a birthday.
Once I completed the order and paid an additional £12 for postage I received no confirming email.
We are now 21 days since purchase and my product is still at 50% completed. I have emailed printerpix on a few occasions only to receive an automated response stating the time is still 10-15 days. It is way past this time frame now.
I have out a complaint into wowcha and I wish I had read their social media posts before ordering. Now I will have to find something else for a birthday gift and be out of pocket!
They are still taking orders even though going by their social media pages people have been waiting upwords of 2+ months and still not received their products!
I will be ensuring I post this review on every platform and review page to ensure people don't fall into the same trap.

“Absolutely ridiculous customer service!! I've been sent a free A5 hardcover photobook for 20 pages because I have used them such a long time ago. I spent a lot of time creating my photobook and trying to make it really nice - when I added it to my basket, it was NOT free, I only got 40% off. Sent a lot of emails more than a week ago, still no answer, I tried to chat online to someone after waiting 4 hours in the queue, when Viviana eventually started helping me -she gave me NO ANSWERS and just said she is helping other people as well!! And then she cut me off!!! I will never use you again!!! No wonder I stopped using you in the first place! False advertising and extortionate prices for delivery!”
“Complete garbage . I ordered a fleece blanket. Paid extra shipping, and I was given a CLOTH! Absolutely NOTHING about my “fleece blanket” looks like a blanket, it looks like a dish towel. I’m so angry. It ruined Mother’s Day . And ruined me EVER shopping with them again. I take My business to Shutterfly. Never had an issue, never should’ve tried out another company”
“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting over a month for my poster to be delivered. No customer support despite numerous emails attempted phone calls and webchat, not one customer service agent responded to my many queries. All I got in response to my emails was a query ticket number, I think I collected about 8 of them.”

“I bought two vouchers for books. I was able to use one of my vouchers but was not able to use my other voucher for some reason. I wanted them to come with the same delivery order. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for literally weeks! After waiting online for up to 15 minutes each time I call I get hung up on! And they do not reply to any of my emails! I am calling my credit card company for a refund! they can dispute with them! I’m done!! I sure wish I would’ve read these reviews before I started. I am also calling the FTC, BBB, and face booking them so everyone else knows not to use them!”

“Paid x2 delivery fees (£10.40 each) for 2 A3 Canvases i brought, which were delivered together. Complained several times heard nothing. My recommendation would be not to use this company. Especially if they come up in your Wowcher or Groupon feed. There are plenty of alternatives.”
“I was excited to use this company to give my mom a nice gift for Mother’s Day. I completed my order and submitted my payment. After sending my payment, a message came up that the address was invalid (which it’s not) so it showed that it was cancelled. YET, the payment was still pulled from my account. I sent several emails and tried calling. No response back! I also did not receive the shipment even though my payment was taken despite showing that my order was cancelled. How can you have a business and not respond back to anyone? This is ridiculous!”
“This company is terrible. i purchased a custom blanket using a Groupon hoping that it arrived for mothers day. mind you i paid for 2 day shipping since on their website they had a covid-19 message saying that their shipping still remains the same no delays. i still have not received my email confirming it has been shipped and its almost been a week tried emailing them twice no response. called them the first time i get hug up on, second time my call and another customers call gets merged together so we are talking to eachother. and then i try chatting with them on their website and the lady takes 30 min to reply i walk away for 1 min and i get kicked out of the chat for not responding. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.”
“I will never order form this place again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Its been over 1.5 month since I made an order, and I sent 3 separate emails for updates, as I could not get through the customer service line. There was an auto-response stating they would respond within 2 days, but other than that, nothing. I called yesterday, finally got through after 1 hour on hold and it was obviously a foreign customer services call center, who's phone was cutting in & out, and I could not understand her questions. She then hung up after I asked her several times to repeat what she was asking me because her phone was cutting out. So - I called again, waited on hold again, and reached another representative whose phone worked fine. He indicated that they were still processing my purchase (A blanket w/ the name of a pet, no photo) He blamed the Covid 19 crisis as a reason for the problem (my order was submitted prior to it being a national emergency) Yet - printerpix has no problem sending me 3 emails a day for "special deals" that give no warning that shipments are delayed because of demand or Covid 19. He indicated that my order would be sent out late next week, and with the mail service being pretty slow now, I probably won't get it until June. Never again.”
“I purchased a voucher from Groupon for Printerpix. When going to make the first purchase, Printerpix had added an unexplained cost to the bill. Then put the cost of posting the item up, despite the price clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the voucher. After a failed reply from their online chat and no reply from an email, over 7 days and still waiting. I phoned, spoke to a very rude person/man. Who basically said "Thats the price pay or don't have it" So I am NOT having it. Shame for them really as I was going to order over 20 products, I was only getting one to start to see if the product was any good.”
