“I ordered on December 13th and was promised delivery by Christmas. It's December 27th and my items haven't shipped, my emails are unanswered, no one answers the phone, and messages on Facebook are ignored.”
“bought a groupon, ordered a blanket and 9 canvases, only received the blanket, never received the canvases, contacted customer services several times, they deny ever receiving my order when it was the same order as the blanket, then the groupon code was voided, so i lost money and they just ignored me. i give up. Will just have to find another company to do business with.”
“This company is an absolute disgrace. They won't pick up their telephones despite several attempts, waiting on the line each time for over an hour. We ordered on the 25th November and as it stands, we still haven't received these and it looks like some of our family are going without presents now. They are a bunch of scammers and you should avoid them.”
