“I purchased a photo blanket. The site was not easy to use at all. I got the blanket on time but 5 of the pictures had their heads cut off. I was upset I called CS and this man said all I could do is send an email with the pictures attached. This was a Christmas present for my Mom and it was ruined. I’ve sent emails and got confirmation but I have not received anything from them. I don’t understand how they don’t QC the product was shippped. I will never use this company again and definitely won’t recommend them. If they make it right I will update my review.”

“bought a groupon, ordered a blanket and 9 canvases, only received the blanket, never received the canvases, contacted customer services several times, they deny ever receiving my order when it was the same order as the blanket, then the groupon code was voided, so i lost money and they just ignored me. i give up. Will just have to find another company to do business with.”
