“One month later still no order. Phoned 3 times and spoke to people only to fob me off with different excuses. Tried phoning today over 2 hours wasted and line kept getting cut off..... Messaged on website and Facebook no reply on either. I expect a full refund. This company has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. “Horrendous customer service , wouldn't recommend ordering from this site very disappointed, I ordered two blankets the order was wrong when I received it the customer service Rachel tried to say it was my fault even tho i have evidence to prove it was theirs then was told because there kind they would send correct order but I had to pay again for delivery, so I did just because I wanted them for xmas for my kids but now it is two weeks since my first email to customer service and my correct order has still not been processed absolutely a joke now kids won't have their gift and I feel like banging my head against a wall trying to deal with their customer service its a joke. No clue!!”

Elle a refait partir une nouvelle commande aussitôt. J'espère n'être pas déçu et recevoir celle ci pour cette fois avant Noël.
