“This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered bulk caledar. When the time came for me to create my project (which I have done with other companies: Shutterfly, Vistaprint, Walmart, Target, Zazzle) I had the hardest time. Their website is slow and crashes, the software editing tools are right in the middle of the design, obstructing the view and if you need to reach someone forget.
I tried calling, to no avail, I chatted with 3 people,who later go my info wrong, like my name (I have the emails to prove it). When I finally got through to someone, he tried to charge me almost double what I had already paid, just for shipping and thought he was doing me a favor by "discounting it".
Why would I want to pay extra shipping when my voucher, which was already paid for included. I got so annoyed and disputed with my bank. Stay clear from this company.”

“After reading reviews on high shipping costs, I ordered 3 blankets in bulk which, per the shipping page on the website, indicated a $29.99 shipping charge. Instead, I was charged $64.97 in shipping. Customer service could offer NO assistance, suggesting the shipping is adjusted depending on where it is being shipped! My home address in Virginia!? Why is that not mentioned on the shipping portion of the website!? Translation, if you use a coupon code to make a purchase, the company will make up for your discount by charging you 2x the expected shipping charge. A total rip-off. I recommend purchasing your items elsewhere. Photo items such as these are available from many other companies who will not use deception to make a sale.”

PRINTERPIX sent me a picture on canvas of someone else's baby👶 instead of my child! Where did my child picture go? After several failed attempts, I contacted them by email with my order number, the date I received wrong picture and even included a picture of incorrect order. This was over three months ago, yet nothing has been resolved. I fear my child's picture landed in the hands of a monster/sexual predator and may never be recovered. Printerpix has not acted respectfully or professionally.

“Had an offer for printerpix via groupon for a calendar. Spent ages uploading and arranging pictures, only for their website to keep having technical faults when I was trying to get through to checkout. Couldn't complete checkout, tried to call them and after being on hold for 25 minutes I gace up.
Spent another 20 minutes on chat to Groupon trying to get my money back.”

“I ordered a photo puzzle. When it was delivered, straight away you could see the quality was terrible. The ink from the photos had run into the cracks where the jigsaw had been cut so the white border was not white at all! It just looked a mess. It was meant to be a gift but there is no way I can give it to the recipient, it would be embarrassing! I emailed the same day it was delivered and had an automatic reply. I have emailed 3 or 4 times since then with no response. Tried the online chat but stuck in a queue and impossible to get through to someone. The lack of customer service is shocking. I have never felt so let down by a company. To begin with I would have been happy if they had just replaced it but now I won’t settle for anything less than a refund as I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Doubt I’ll ever get the refund though as they never get back to you! Would have rated 0 stars if I could have. Terrible, awful service. Avoid this company at all costs!”
