“I truly wish there was a negative number of stars for this company it is honestly the worse company I have ever dealt with .. I ordered a picture over a month ago (printing time is 10 -15 business days) we are at 27 business days no picture and no explanation to why or where it is ... I have spoken to so many people there they all give you there word all lies .. this was a gift .. they keep you on hold or keep disconnecting your calls until 3 mins before end of shift as they say where they can’t look up any information... 3hours and 15mins in the phone today ... you try the chat on line you wait in line until it’s your turn normal wait 45-55 mins with 5 people ahead of you they ask how can they help you then shipping info and the disconnect them selves from the chat ... I am so very disgusted with this company .. I place other others with them around the same time still issues but nothing like this so here I am still no answers and still no pictures again some one will call me back Monday (it’s Friday) same as I heard last week and still waiting for a call back ... stay far far away from them”

“I ordered a plush with a personal print design back in April. I’ve had no update as to where it is or why it is taking so long... it was meant to be part of a birthday present but i have yet to see it. Whenever i contacted support i got the same default message that they must send to everyone.”
“I purchased two sale coupons for 11"x14" metal prints. I have used them in the past and was happy with quality. After downloading the first print, I learned that the shipping charge was $27. I requested that both prints be shipped together, but was told on the chat line after a 30 minute wait that they had to be shipped separately for $27 each which made the total cost for 2 prints at $84. I won't be using them again.”
“I ordered a 16” X 20” photo on metal, it was delivered, but I was disappointed that it had a matte finish instead of glossy. I couldn’t find anywhere where they gave you an option. I assumed that it would be glossy because everyone of the metal photos I’ve seen are glossy and vibrant, this one is far from it.”

“Used company a few times and books are good value / quality for the money - always offers for the company on Groupon but I experienced a problem with one order, paid / ordered 3 copies of the same book but only one copy arrived , I did an online chat, lady found error said she could sort it but I needed to pay postage, I showed on my order I had already paid for 3 books to be sent (more expensive than sending one book) so she said she’s send me an e.mail confirming the outcome, she had resolved, I then received a request to give their service a 5 star review (?) I said I’d wait to get the confirmation e.mail, resolving my issue, prior to doing review, this e.mail never arrived, 2 further copies never arrived, have chased the company 6/7 times via e.mail since March 2020 and it’s now end of June 2020, no response other than one standard response saying they had my e.mail - I have called once but found out, it is x as premium charging line, call was automatically answered and I was left holding on for 15 mins - no one came on the line so hung up

“I ordered something for the fathers day, I ordered it 1 month ahead of time to make sure you have time to deliver; I called you a week before father's day to make sure it shipped and I was promised that you will ship it in the next 2 days. Till today I do not have it and your phone line is disconnected... I spend more than $40 on the shipping! if you are delayed at least what you could do is to send an email! Should have just chose Walgreens it was supposed to be a birthday present and Father’s Day present. Customer service is rude and they like to argue back. I called and spoke to an Indian woman with a dog barking in the background. She said I ordered the same mugs. Not true as I place two different designed mugs in the cart. She said she could give me the other mug free but I had to pay $8.99 shipping. That is ridiculous because I paid for two different mugs but I went along with it because this was a gift. Well...I never got the credit for the mug or a callback, so I sent an email and got an auto response with a ticket #. I sent numerous more emails and no one ever replies. These people are scammers and don't do right by their customers and I have placed many orders with them. There are plenty of US companies that make these mugs and satisfy their customers so that's where I am taking my business!”

“Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered pictures over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing other than my order was complete and the money was taken out of my bank account. I have tried MULTIPLE times to email and call, no response at all. If you would like to make this right you can contact me PrinterPix. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand there is a pandemic and things may be slow but if you are still going to sell a product you need to give updates and have people that you can contact. So disappointed.”
