“Patrick Jane was by far the best member of your customer service team. His service and understanding was second to none. The reason for my 4 star rating is because of him and him alone. The reason you do not have a 5 star rating is because of the appalling service from 2 other customer service advisors and the fact that you have not fulfilled your promise when I placed my order. If I could rate Patrick alone his rating would be a perfect 5 star. This is the type of person you need to look after in your company he is worth investing in.

“I purchased 10 calendars as Christmas gifts and received only 1 for approx $80 plus.
I contacted printerpix right away, several times, their last comment that I received was: the date I received it. My reply was I received 1 not 10. Even their regular price for one calendar isn’t $80. This was a special promotion of 10 calendars not 1. I have disputed it w my credit card co. Their response again was the date I received the 1 calendar. I am in the habit of writing good reviews, not bad ones. My advice is don’t use printerpix unless you too want to be ripped off!”
“Printerpix pleads for you to give them good reviews on trust pilot. They give you exceptional customer service by telling you they will expedite it and what not, but 2 weeks later and I still don't have my order done, no tracking number, nothing. I spoke with Patricia twice and both times, she told me she will expedite my concerns to her supervisor, but my order isn't even done yet. I put in my order on 1/14. 2 weeks later, I still not even have a tracking number. Go with Canvasonsale; I made an order 1/13, received it in under a week and shipping was A LOT less than printerpix, by $15.00!!”
“I have been trying to get a satisfactory conclusion to my order since November. DONT touch this company, they do not respond to questions, emails, phone calls. My order was posted to someone else who has returned it to Royal Mail. I may never see it ! I am totally frustrated! The Postage cost are extremely expensive.I cannot comment on the product as it NEVER came. Previous reports echo my dissatisfaction.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a blanket as a gift for my sister and the preview showed everything correct. The picture was upside down. Customer service after 3 business days never responded to my emails. I called and she basically said that’s how I input the order! Why is there a preview button if what you see is not what you’re getting!? Horrible service. I recommend going elsewhere to do business, where you know you’ll get what you ordered and if not hopefully it can be rectified.”
“I ordered personalised wooden jigsaw puzzles which were intended as Christmas gifts. With the postage charges my order cost over £100, so these items are relatively expensive.
Printerpix sent the cheaper puzzles printed on hardboard.
Printerpix has ignored all requests to process a return and refund.
I am now forced to recover my money by raising a Section 75 claim with my bank.”
“I don't know what's going on with this company. They should not make deal if then they can't cope with busy Christmas time. I made my order on the 4th of December. Let's specify that on their website was highlighted that order made before the 15th of December where going to be received before Christmas. Anyway it s the 5th of January and I have not receive my order yet. I understand that covid/Christmas is busy time but what annoyed me is the customer service completely unavailable. Not answering email, phone call and live chat. Then you finally managed to get in touch with them after hours of waiting and what do they say?? they cannot cancel or give refund. They don't how long it will take to get my order. Unbelievable!”
