I purchased 10 calendars as Christmas gifts and received only 1 for approx $80 plus. I contacted printerpix right away, several times, their last comment that I received was: the date I received it. My reply was I received 1 not 10. Even their regular price for one calendar isn’t $80. This was a special promotion of 10 calendars not 1. I have disputed it w my credit card co. Their response again was the date I received the 1 calendar. I am in the habit of writing good reviews, not bad ones. My advice is don’t use printerpix unless you too want to be ripped off!

Printerpix pleads for you to give them good reviews on trust pilot. They give you exceptional customer service by telling you they will expedite it and what not, but 2 weeks later and I still don't have my order done, no tracking number, nothing. I spoke with Patricia twice and both times, she told me she will expedite my concerns to her supervisor, but my order isn't even done yet. I put in my order on 1/14. 2 weeks later, I still not even have a tracking number. Go with Canvasonsale; I made an order 1/13, received it in under a week and shipping was A LOT less than printerpix, by $15.00!!

I have been trying to get a satisfactory conclusion to my order since November. DONT touch this company, they do not respond to questions, emails, phone calls. My order was posted to someone else who has returned it to Royal Mail. I may never see it ! I am totally frustrated! The Postage cost are extremely expensive.I cannot comment on the product as it NEVER came. Previous reports echo my dissatisfaction.

Customer service worst ever, they owe me a refund £131.95, been waiting a month, phoned twice and they hung up, sent several emails and they ask for same information every time which I have sent, will never use them again, can’t believe how bad they are, DO NOT USE

This is the worst company ever. Products arrived super late and did not look like what I ordered. Also, my credit card was hacked with a fraudulent charge showing up the day after ordering. Would not trust this company or site!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a blanket as a gift for my sister and the preview showed everything correct. The picture was upside down. Customer service after 3 business days never responded to my emails. I called and she basically said that’s how I input the order! Why is there a preview button if what you see is not what you’re getting!? Horrible service. I recommend going elsewhere to do business, where you know you’ll get what you ordered and if not hopefully it can be rectified.

I ordered personalised wooden jigsaw puzzles which were intended as Christmas gifts. With the postage charges my order cost over £100, so these items are relatively expensive. Printerpix sent the cheaper puzzles printed on hardboard. Printerpix has ignored all requests to process a return and refund. I am now forced to recover my money by raising a Section 75 claim with my bank.

I don't know what's going on with this company. They should not make deal if then they can't cope with busy Christmas time. I made my order on the 4th of December. Let's specify that on their website was highlighted that order made before the 15th of December where going to be received before Christmas. Anyway it s the 5th of January and I have not receive my order yet. I understand that covid/Christmas is busy time but what annoyed me is the customer service completely unavailable. Not answering email, phone call and live chat. Then you finally managed to get in touch with them after hours of waiting and what do they say?? they cannot cancel or give refund. They don't how long it will take to get my order. Unbelievable!

Absolutely horrible product and customer service! It took me 3 months to reverse my order and then when it came it was nothing like what was advertised. Poor quality blanket and the photo image couldn't even be seen. Don't use their services...

Very little to say about this company, but avoid is the first thing that springs to mind. Printing is very 'Bad Quality' and 'Customer Service' is utterly, utterly terrible, completely non existent. Needless to say I have been waiting on a customer services advisor replying to numerous complaints regarding the quality of the picture I ordered since the 16th December, and still nothing. They take the money, turn out sub-standard cheap goods and cut you off. Avoid if you value the quality of your loved ones pictures.

I placed an order with them two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. I paid over $100 for expedited shipping in hopes I would receive before Christmas but sadly that wasn’t the case. I called customer service and they told me my photo books will arrive next month after I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for the books and shipping combined. Didn’t realize this company was in the UK and customer service is the usual foreigners you can’t understand that have the worst customer service skills. I would avoid printerpix. Go to another company that’s more reputable. I wish i would have done more research before choosing them.

I ordered on 12/8. When I emailed on 12/22 to find out where my order was, I got auto-generated emails that referred me to FAQ and asked for my order number - which was in the subject line. The phone is always busy. The autochat robot does not respond. I wish I had read these reviews before I had placed my order. Next step is to contact Groupon and complain. Wish this could be zero stars.

Well where do I begin. Ordered a fleece blanket for Christmas present on 9/12 with the promise of delivery before Christmas, P&P £6.99 paid! On 22/12, no delivery so called customer service, after 3rd call at approx 30 mins each, finally got an answer. Firstly I was told order shipped on 20/12 but no guarantee of before Christmas. After querying the original Christmas delivery promise I was then told of course I was guaranteed to receive the item before Christmas but if not, after Christmas...... what a joke. I asked for tracking information but that was not available but was promised it would be emailed by logistics team..... a real joke. Christmas came and went, no blanket so on 29/12 I called again and spoke with Paige, personnel from printerpix, who told me the item was never shipped due to COVID-19 and high infection rates.... what a joke!!!!! Paige told me they would produce the blanket in 24 hours, ship urgently; 2 day shipment and refund P&P, then she placed me on hold to talk to the production team to verify when I would received this item. Well surprise surprise the phone was disconnected. Well watch this space. Use Printerpix at your own peril. What a total joke!!!!! Printerpricks????

Would give 0 stars but not possible. Placed order early December for Xmas delivery of 2 photo mugs. I'm the mug clearly. £10 postage would suggest expedited delivery. Think again. 28 December and still no mugs. Still no response from customer service via email or their online chat - worked my way up from #35 in the queue to be told Matthew has left the conversation just as I get to #1. These people are scammers, fraudsters, cheats, charlatans and out and out scum. AVOID.
