“Customet Service Sucks!! All they Care about is Check out their Product & ignore the Delivering the Package. I ordered The Mug, when I was tracking it was delivered & There was nothing in my home. A Few days later somebody Search my name on FB & Text me she had my package. & She have to resend that again. I was trying give vakentine surprise to my wife but They Messed up everything..

The reason you do not have a 5 star rating is because of the appalling service from 2 other customer service advisors and the fact that you have not fulfilled your promise when I placed my order. If I could rate Patrick alone his rating would be a perfect 5 star. This is the type of person you need to look after in your company he is worth investing in.
