“Worst printing company I've ever dealt with. Absolute zero customer service. A month after paying for my order and still no progress in even printing, much less shipping. I did get a rep and they recited that all orders are filled within 15 business days, maximum, followed by up to ten days of shipping. I reminded the rep we were past that, and it still hadn't even been printed. His response was that he saw my (unanswered) email request for an update and would "clear out the email request as completed" despite my displeasure at NOT getting any reply OR an answer about my missing product. This company is at best a scam.”
“We had an issue with this company and a coupon we couldn't use. This lasted for many weeks - quite annoying when the product you want to order is a Calendar and in the meantime two months are passed already.
Fortunately - after many other attempts - Mathew as an agent could finally help us. I just wish we came across him sooner so that the issue got resolved sooner. An agent can make a difference if he really wants to make a difference.”
