“I had a groupon voucher for a photo book . I made the book,then lost it and had to start again. I then tried to pay for it but was being charged £39 ish for the book . I tried several times then entered a live chat .The first person said it was solved and cut off ..it wasnt . The second person went through the steps again .I couldn't find the book anymore and wanted to preview it .She said she could see it her end . She didnt help me see it my end. Another half an hour and I managed to check out but still couldn't see the book and the adviser had cut the call. The book has arrived and my favourite photo isnt in it and I have duplicate photos back to back. They say there s nothing they can do .Please dont use.”

When my first photobook fell apart, they let me have a new one free, but not the same book as they only kept the original for 3 months then. It's a shame they cannot keep store it longer, its only a month now! This time, I have had problems with using two external voucher codes on the same order.
