When they arrived I was mortified that they didn’t turn out how I expected so I rang the customer services and was pleasantly surprised how they were so friendly, put me to ease calmed my fears and helped to put things tight. I can hand in heart say when they write 100% satisfaction guaranteed they mean it. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I would definitely recommend everything choose printerpix as their first choice as they are definitely mine.”
“The printed albums were great but I had issues with vouchers and delivery costs. It took several emails to elicit a response. (I was fed up with hanging on the line listening to the recorded message about representatives being busy dealing with other customers "with their passion for photos".)
Eventually, I made contact with Debra Vincenzo who sorted everything out in a polite and professional manner. Without her, I would never consider using Printerpix again. The company needs to brush up its customer service skills big time! I think that Debra should be in charge of that!”
